    Orchestra Parent Reminders from Mrs. Van Buren

    To All - Thanks for a fabulous year! Here are THREE important dates.

     

    SPRING CONCERT

    Monday, June 3rd - 7:30 p.m. at Haddon Township HS Auditorium

    (String players, please report to the VMR at 6:45)

     

    *Concert Dress is a white top and black skirt or pants for girls and a white shirt and long black pants for boys. Please wear dress shoes.

     

    *Please stay and enjoy the entire concert, which will probably be 45 minutes.

     

    *NEW PROCEDURE - Dismissal after the concert: parents please remain in the auditorium; your children will meet you there after the show.

     

    SPRING ARTS EXTRAVAGANZA

    Tuesday, June 11th - 4th grade performs at 6:30, 5th grade performs at 6:45 in the Rohrer Middle School multi-purpose room (Rain date: June 12th)

    4th grade: Please arrive at 6:15 with instrument and lesson book/concert music.

    5th grade: Please arrive at 6:30 with instrument, sheet music, and charged iPad.

     

    *Dress for all performers is casual. Event is 6:15 to 8:30; food will be sold.

     

    INSTRUMENT RETURN AND RENTAL INFO. NIGHT

    Thursday, June 13th  7:00 p.m.

    4th Grade Orchestra and Band Parents and Guardians, 7:00 p.m. at HTHS Auditorium. Everyone please attend this important information night!!
