What to do if there is an issue with your iPad
Hello and welcome!
There are many things that can go wrong with your iPad for various reasons. For the most part, if you have an issue you can report it to your elementary school teacher, middle school main office personnel or technology department member or high school main office or technology department member.
If you iPad is acting strangely, the first step would be to perform a hard reset. In many instances this will resolve the strange behavior. If the problem persists, please follow the instructions in the paragraph above. If your iPad is broken (cracked screen, button won't work, display issue, battery won't charge, etc.) please inform the secretary in the main office of your school or contact a member of the technology team.
Please feel free to contact Todd Green with any questions, comments or concerns.
