Board Agendas / Minutes
Public Access to Board Agendas and MinutesDear Haddon Township families and community, The power of technology affords us the opportunity to communicate electronically and saves everyone time and money. Beginning with the September 18, 2014 meeting, BOE agendas and the supporting documents will be accessed electronically via a web based solution called BoardDocs® LT. Our Board of Education will conduct all meetings in a paperless format. We currently create paper packets with extensive documentation for Board members to use in the governance process. This new solution will significantly reduce paper costs and time to deliver packets each month. Paper agendas will still be available for the public at the meetings. We welcome anyone who brings a device to connect to the BoardDocs site at the meeting. There will also be paper agendas available for the public at the meeting. The good news for the public is that there will be access to each agenda for Board of Education meetings directly from the school district website, whether you are able to attend the meeting or not. Board meeting minutes, which are currently on the site, will also be available on the BoardDocs program. Access to the agenda begins on the evening of the meeting. Look to the navigation menu on the left side of this page. Go to the Board of Education tab and then Board Agenda and Minutes to get all agendas and minutes beginning September 18. Sincerely, Nancy B. Ward Ed. D. Superintendent of Schools
